Pangas @ Trip 2008

Aab jahan hum log hoon aur panga na ho aisa possiable nahin hain ,same was the case during and before the trip.
Firstly ,we requested Abhinav Sir(Jyc President) to allot us some good bus,gud in the sense the bus filled with first year and our group only no 3rd year.When ever we use to meet we always got a positive response that we would be taken care of.Being a part of the last year's trip ,we knew we would have most of our fun in the bus 10 hours of journry all together,so where else could we have more fun.
At about 10:00 pmin the JYC room ,he told us that our bus would be made according our choice.
We recieved a call from Dayal Sir stating that we were being adjusted with B-4 not first years.
Yeh kya abhi to we all were in Fun loving mood kee masti karten huin jaingen first year ke saath and now we being grouped with B4 .We tried to convince him not to group us there.
Then we recieved a call from Dayal Sir in hour that we were being grouped with first year girls(Mazaa aagaya we thought !!!)
Uske baad the actual panga started.
Ansari recieved a gtalk message that we could not be grouped with them because Pathak has refused we were able to convince them some how on Pathak's issue,then they come up that with the reason that so such combination was possiable as the seats were being left out and they could not be filled by any other group.Then suddenly a point imerged that we were being grouped but in our group 3 peoples name would not be in the list as a they were fitting in extra people in the bus so that they could accomodate the 1st years ,our group and another third year group as mentioned by Pathak Sir that it was neccessaey to club 3rd yr with 1st yr for their safety.
This was the time when we felt low and neglected.We thought that we would be given some preference in the allocation of seats but here we were going on the trip stuffing in 30 of us in a 27 seater and also our name not mentioned in the list.Yeh kya!!!We all coming with the thought that yeh reult hain ke we know the President.We said that we would start neglecting him and would not work actively as Jyc volunteers.What is the usse ke kaam bhi karen aur jab trip pe enjoy karne jaa rahan hain tab we can't be alloted a bus of our choice.This was not done and not at all called for !!!
One more thing we even saw that 1st year being given preference over us,our group could be broken ,not there's why just because we wanted a bus togther..
And all of he tinies left my room with the same feeling ki no more JYC stuff.Then Ansari,Mudit n I started watching OYE LUCKY LUCKY OYE....in betweeen mudit left the Ansari also left...I still up thinking of Abhinav Sir's decision.....
At about 6:00 I saw a gtalk message of his,but he was offline by the time I could reply.I thought shayad kuch kar diya ho...AAkhir itne bure to naihn hain woooo.....
Then first thing in the morning we had our lunch and went to his room to put our point,itna to haak banta hain hamara,we were all in mood ki aaj to acche se ladke ainge ya to iss par ya uss parr.......But hamar kismat.....Punj Sir hee the room par..aur sir to sheeden hain (Lageten naihn hain) ki hum kya ladten unse hir bhi aapne sari frustation humne nikal de unn par,bechare woh.....Then Abhinav Sir arrived and we were in no mood to fight .He gave us the good news that the 3 names were there in some other bus ,but they could adjust in the same bus as our whole group.Theek hain we thought ,adjust kar lenge.....as I said sare takat aab ladne ki khatam ho chuki thi and another reason that it seemed that he had spent a siqnificant amount of time to adjust us,so no more arguments...he looked tired akhir TRIP organise kar rahen thee...
Then by evening only one member of the group did not feature in the bus list baki sab the,the banda was ANIMESH .We thought kii ek to adjust ho he jaiga finally our trip would rocks !!!
At night due to certain resons we could not depart at 9:00,we were now scheduled to depart at 12:00.Abhinav Sir came in to adjust certain dissatisfied students in a proper manner.

One thing in this trip there was loads of Paper work involved...loads of paper work!!!

And after all the students were satisfied with their change ,then we were the soft-target.As Abhinav Sir had mentioned

"Agar koi Group tutega to wo tumhara hoga"

Why this !!!arre sab khush ek hum hi,and the reason given was we had demanded a seprate bus,so we are the one who would be targetted.
Finally the situation was that in our bus 29 ,animesh in some other bus.So our group had to break!!!
Chalo jo bhi we loaded ourself ,all set to have masti.
one thing the whole trip and it's mananged by Abhinav Sir,Dayal Sir, and Piyush Sir only,No as such role of other JYC members.They were completly exhausted by the end of the trip seriously applauds for their dedication.
Finally we reached the Resort hoping to get some decent room.We went up to Abhinav sir hoping for allotment ,he said that some of us had been alloted the room .Yeh kya only some baki?
Actually the panga 4 of us alloted room as baki 6 had not been alloted.Hua yeh tha ki Animesh was going to get us all alloted the rooms he went to sir ,one room alloted when the turm to allot second room to us,sir said call those guys jiska room hain,as we had not arrived we were not alloted room ,thereby breaking the group.Yeh loo ek aur panga iss baar Room la....finally we were told to submit the keys of the room alloted to half our group and wait til the end for our chance loo yahan bhi last preference.
One thing told to us by Dayal Sir that we were always the one at recieving end because Abhinav sir knew us "Aapna Pann",we did not deny the fact but......
I completly agreey that he was the only person working he did not get the support by other memebers he needed ,but there were flows in his managment.As stated early itna noting of names ,itna paper work wagera......yet end result it had no usse ,atleast we felt it was useless.
A lot of time was spent in alloting the rooms.As mentioned by one ofthe bus driver,that agar itna time koi tourist bus ke leyen lagen to company band ho jai.Chalo first expereince a bad one!!!
Seriously it is not easy to manage a trip!!!
The trip till this point of time recieved loaof criticism.
Finally after all the allotment,our chance came we were sitting on the sofa's in the corridor.Suddenlt some 2nd year girls came up with their problem stating something,Dayal sir that they must adjust and pointed to us stating that see these guys even 9 students in one room...and guess what they replied.....

So what yeh toh 1st year walen hain

loo we being said first years........
Chalo after that our turn came Animesh went forward and cleared things out finally as no option was left we all stuffed ourself into one room.
and yes even we felt at some point of time being treated as first years.
We had no problem really in staying in one room,but we here were being made issues.We were not much of issues ,but being unneccesary being made one.I get that their might have been loads of pressure in organising ,but as a part of the trip,I had full rights to get what I deserved.
Yet more pangas awating us.After the allotment of the rooms Lala's bag were missing ,somebody accidently might have taken the bags is his/her room.
